Service Overview

The Illusion Knot Method℠ uses a Non Weft, Tension-Free Application. The goal is a secure, discreet installation with flexibility and natural movement, customized to your hair, desired density, length, texture and lifestyle.

• Hair used for qualifying services may include 100% pure raw hair, depending on the selected service.
• Every installation is customized after a hair and scalp consultation.

Before Your Appointment

• Arrive with hair prepared according to the instructions provided at booking.
• Disclose any recent chemical service, major color service or scalp sensitivity.
• Bring any hair-related questions or concerns to the consultation.
• Avoid last-minute changes to requested length, density or color unless approved.
• Allow adequate time for the appointment; installation time varies by customization.

Maintenance & Longevity

Typical longevity is approximately 3 to 4 months with appropriate maintenance. Actual wear time varies by hair growth, lifestyle, home care, installation and maintenance schedule.

• Follow the personalized maintenance schedule provided at installation.
• Detangle gently, beginning at the ends and working upward.
• Use recommended products and tools.
• Avoid excessive pulling, matting or rough handling.
• Keep the scalp and extension area clean according to your stylist's instructions.
• Schedule maintenance before the installation becomes difficult to manage.

Important Expectations

No extension method is appropriate for every client and results vary. A tension-free design does not mean hair care, maintenance or normal signs of stress can be ignored.

• If you experience persistent pain, significant irritation, unusual scalp changes or excessive breakage, contact your stylist promptly and discontinue use until evaluated.

Policies

• A $300 retainer holds your date and is credited to your $1,200 install. The $900 balance is paid at your appointment. The retainer is non refundable; with at least 24 hours notice it moves to your new date once. A no call, no show forfeits it.
• Hair is paid in full at booking because it is ordered for you.
• Arrive detangled and dry. A $50 detangling fee applies to tangled hair. A $35 late fee applies after the grace period.
• Late arrival may reduce service time or require rescheduling so the next client is not delayed.
• Changes in length, density, color or hair selection may affect the final price.
